A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.
The remaining balance for your session can be paid anytime prior to your consultation or on the day of the consultation itself.
Packages and block bookings also require a £20 deposit with the remain balance to be paid before or at your first appointment.
Please advise me ahead of time if your dog is unwell or is showing any signs of illness such a coughing or diarrhoea so that we can adapt or reschedule our training session. I often work with puppies and elderly dogs so it is important that I know if I need to change clothes or take any extra precautions.
As their owner, you are fully responsible for keeping your dog under control at all times. K9 Coaching will not be held liable for any injury or accident caused by your dog.
Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for training. We often train outdoors and you should be appropriately dressed for the weather and training venue.
Please ensure that any equipment your dog wears is safe and secure and is in good working order.
The weather can be unpredictable and while we will always try to give as much notice as possible, sessions may be cancelled at short notice in hot or inclement weather. The safety and comfort of you and your dog is always our top priority so if either of you do not do well in extremes of weather or temperature, please let us know.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and will be as flexible as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.

All bookings are fully refundable if cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours notice (less any PayPal fees). If less than 48 hours notice is given, a £20 fee will be charged.

If you find you need to cancel a package or block booking part way through, all completed sessions will be charged at the full standard hourly rate and any remaining balance will be refunded less a £20 admin fee.

For weather related cancellations, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment, a full refund, or to move your session online.
